What is Rapid Guest Book ?

Rapid Guestbook is a FREE HTML/CGI guestbook. It is very easy to setup and has
some neat features, such as password protected comments and easy setup
for multiple users and guestbooks.

Who can run Rapid Guest Book ?

Anyone can run it as long as you have CGI access on the server.  Normal
FREE sites do not have CGI access, such as Angelfire.

Is Rapid Guest Book FREE ?

Yes Rapid Guest Book is PUBLIC DOMAIN which means you can do with
it what you want. All I ask is you leave the copyrights on if you decide to
use it and tell others about it.

Rapid Guest Book is only two files, RAPIDSIGN.HTML and RAPIDGUESTBOOK.CGI,
for the main guestbook. I make use of the CGI-LIB.PL library which can be
download from anywhere on the internet, it is also public domain and I have
included it as a download. Just leave it in the same directory.

Setting up Rapid Guestbook

Setting up Rapid Guestbook could not be easier. Just install in the directory
of your choice and call Rapidsign.html as the main file. You would need to
give write permissions to the directory and execute permissions to
rapidguestbook.cgi. It will create a file called guestbook.dat by default.
